For two handle models, the temperature and the flow of hot and cold water must be regulated by using these separate headworks. The outlet pipes of the sink mixers can rotate 360°. Filament Winding Filament winding is a method of controlled winding of the impregnated fibers on the desired pattern, angle and thickness over a rotating mold, which was coated with a release agent. After the product is cured on the mold, it is removed from the mold by a special machine. With this production method, it is possible to obtain very strong and high-quality products as the reinforcement ratio is high. In addition, products with properties such as UV resistance, hardness and fire resistance can be developed with glass fibre additions to the resin. Pultrusion Profiles with any cross sections up to 1000 mm width and 200 mm height are possible with pultrusion method in any requested color. Standard profiles for linear pultrusion, which include L, U, Box, Pipe and sheet sections are compatible. Mitas Composite Mitaş Composites Plastic Industry and Trade Inc. operates in its modern factory located in ASO 2nd Industrial Zone in Ankara, Turkey. Commissioned in 2018 by Mitaş Energy and incorporated in 2019 to provide services to all its customers by working on innovative composite products with its experienced staff in design, production and assembly, and its environmentally friendly technologies, R&D capability and quality laboratories. Our production facility uses filament winding method up to 12 m length and 1000 mm dimensions in its highquality and capacity computer-aided machines. Also, all the supporting operations from winding until the end product can be done by the CNC machines within the facility. The facility is capable of using not only glass but also advanced fibers like carbon and aramid together with polyester and epoxy resins. In the facility there is also a pultrusion line which enables to produce any kind of cross sections (I, U, L, O, etc.) up to 1000x300 mm continuously. The mix is ground until it takes on the consistency of a ceramic mass that is suitable for forming the body of the item. The body is glazed before it undergoes a single fire in a tunnel or an intermittent kiln, where it reaches the temperatures ranging from 1180°C to 1220°C for a fixed time. Achieving a vintage wash is always quite difficult and requires solid solutions such as stone wash and scraping papers. On this specific sample that named as Conventional Denim 271198 Bleach Wash, hand touches for whiskers and scraping have been obtained.   In the wet process, pumice stones and sodium hypochlorite were the conventional solution. Next step was the local bleaching and there was the wizard potassium permanganate. Last stop was the tint bath with direct dye stuff and higher amount of water. Denim fabric is certified with STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® CRS Effect 271193 Oxy Wash (Ozone Wash & Nano Wash) has been developed as having new denim garments with minimum or no environmental impact caused by laundry treatments. It is designed in a vintage look & authentic effects with sustainable washing technologies. Being the most efficient process-ozone washing was obtained to care the environment and to eliminate bleaching chemicals which includes heavy metal ionises. Compared to the Conventional Denim 271198 Bleach Wash, this new sample offers positively water saving values and less chemical consumption. The low Flotte Rarto machines and Nebulization Systems used in the production enables the process to achieve reduced water, energy and chemical consumptions. The products of ETI SODA, which are used in many sectors such as glass production and baking powder.   ETI SODA   First established in 1998; Eti Soda is located in the same geographic region as Kazan Soda, and has been successfully producing for over 10 years. Following over 700 million USD of initial investment, commercial operations started in 2009. We further expanded our production facilities in 2017 and today Eti Soda produces over 1.65 million tonnes of Soda Ash and 200,000 tonnes of sodium bicarbonate every year.   Eti Soda was the first facility in the world to utilise innovative solution mining technology on a commercial scale and has almost 25 years of remaining mineable trona reserves. The production plant consists of three sub-units: mining, processing and a coal-powered cogeneration  facility producing power and steam for use in the plant.
