Registered EPD document applies to all global markets.     Ceramic sanitary ware products are such products as washbasins, cisterns, bidets, squatting pans, urinals, and shower trays, which are composed of inorganic and non-metallic materials such as clay, kaolin, quartz and feldspar in definite ratios. /UNI 4543-1/ and /4543- 2/ standards also define the materials used to make sanitary ware items as the mix of the aforementioned raw materials. The mix is ground until it takes on the consistency of a ceramic mass that is suitable for forming the body of the item. The body is glazed before it undergoes a single fire in a tunnel or an intermittent kiln, where it reaches the temperatures ranging from 1180°C to 1220°C for a fixed time. Achieving a vintage wash is always quite difficult and requires solid solutions such as stone wash and scraping papers. On this specific sample that named as Conventional Denim 271198 Bleach Wash, hand touches for whiskers and scraping have been obtained.   In the wet process, pumice stones and sodium hypochlorite were the conventional solution. Next step was the local bleaching and there was the wizard potassium permanganate. Last stop was the tint bath with direct dye stuff and higher amount of water. Denim fabric is certified with STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® CRS Effect 271193 Oxy Wash (Ozone Wash & Nano Wash) has been developed as having new denim garments with minimum or no environmental impact caused by laundry treatments. It is designed in a vintage look & authentic effects with sustainable washing technologies. Being the most efficient process-ozone washing was obtained to care the environment and to eliminate bleaching chemicals which includes heavy metal ionises. Compared to the Conventional Denim 271198 Bleach Wash, this new sample offers positively water saving values and less chemical consumption. The low Flotte Rarto machines and Nebulization Systems used in the production enables the process to achieve reduced water, energy and chemical consumptions.

The products of ETI SODA, which are used in many sectors such as glass production and baking powder.   ETI SODA   First established in 1998; Eti Soda is located in the same geographic region as Kazan Soda, and has been successfully producing for over 10 years. Following over 700 million USD of initial investment, commercial operations started in 2009. We further expanded our production facilities in 2017 and today Eti Soda produces over 1.65 million tonnes of Soda Ash and 200,000 tonnes of sodium bicarbonate every year.   Eti Soda was the first facility in the world to utilise innovative solution mining technology on a commercial scale and has almost 25 years of remaining mineable trona reserves. The production plant consists of three sub-units: mining, processing and a coal-powered cogeneration  facility producing power and steam for use in the plant. The plant was designed and engineered by TCC and CMEC, and utilises Siemens and Goulds rotating equipment and control systems.
