The determination of Company Registration and EPD System Membership costs takes into account the dimensions of the company and its revenue tiers. The payment is made on a yearly basis during the duration of the EPD certificate's validity, which is capped at a maximum of 5 years. Companies that do not fulfill their yearly payment obligations are subsequently excluded from global systems, leading to the nullification of their certifications.

Climate Declaration
Climate Declaration certificate that provides comprehensive information regarding the Product Carbon Footprint, as stipulated by ISO 14067. The associated fee for this certificate is a single payment that covers its entire validity period.
EPD Certificates have been incorporated into the collection of certifications endorsed by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey as part of the supportive documentation for market entry. Within the context of the EPD Certificate registration procedure, the Turkish Ministry extends coverage for %50 of the expenditures incurred by organizations.
How Does the EPD Document Registration Process Work?
The EPD document has additional options during the registration process. Additional options are as follows;
- Climate statement based on EPD document (charged per EPD document)
- EPD document in Turkish language (charged per EPD document)
- Creating the digital file of the EPD Document and placing it in the TurCoMDat database and The International EPD System (Charged per data set)
- EPD document in Turkish language (charged per EPD document)
- Creating the digital file of the EPD Document and placing it in the TurCoMDat database (For EPD documents published from other EPD operators) €1000 (Charged per data set)
- EPD Documents are included in the list of documents/institutions/organizations supported by the Ministry of Economy within the scope of Market Entry Documents. Institutions can recover up to 50% of their expenses during the registration process from the state.

An Environmental Product Declaration is the declaration of the performance of a product or service throughout its life cycle in relation to environmental parameters, as described according to ISO 14025. EPD certificates quantitatively assess and declare the environmental performance of a product on the basis of the parameters specified under the ISO 14040 series, and according to predetermined categories. In the EPD certificate preparation process, the environmental data on the product should be collected from an LCA report. The EPD certificate also includes overall information about the product and the company. The EPD certificates are globally valid and used by all related companies and institutions.

A Climate Declaration is a statement that focuses on the carbon footprint of the product. The emissions of greenhouse gases produced during various phases of the product life cycle are reported in kilograms of carbon dioxide (kg-CO2). Climate Declarations can be published on the basis of a registered EPD certificate or upon request if full information on the other environmental impacts of the product are available. A Climate Declarations is a source of information on the single environmental impact of a declared product.

The time period that covers the consecutive and interconnected stages in a manufacturing system from the input of raw material or use of natural resources to the product’s disposal is called a life cycle. The stages of a life cycle include extraction of raw materials, manufacturing, transportation, use and creation of waste/recycling.
