Aluminium Billet

Aluminium billets are primarily used as raw materials for extrusion processes, enabling the production of various profiles and shapes. They provide a solid, uniform, and high-strength material that can be shaped and molded into a wide range of components. These billets are essential in industries such as automotive, construction, and solar energy, where lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and durable materials are crucial. Designed to meet the specific demands of extrusion processes, billets allow for the high-precision and efficient production of complex shapes and structures.

Production or Service Description:

Aluminium billets contain approximately 80–85% recycled aluminium as raw material. The primary energy sources used in billet production are electricity and natural gas. Prior to processing, the recycled aluminium undergoes baling and crushing. Then, along with primary aluminium, it passes through a melting furnace, homogenization, and cooling chamber to form into billets. Finally, the billets are packaged and made ready for shipment.
