Hot-dip Galvanized Steel Wire

Hot-dip galvanized steel wire is manufactured by drawing low-, medium-, or high-carbon steel wire rod to the desired diameter (0.80–10 mm), followed by surface preparation, fluxing, and immersion in molten zinc. The zinc coating, applied in a range of 40–600 g/m², provides enhanced corrosion resistance.
