Galvanizli Su Tesisat Boruları, sıcak daldırma galvaniz kaplama esasına göre üretilmektedir. Sıcak daldırma metodu ile yapılacak galvanizleme işleminde, galvaniz kaplama kalitesi için en kritik nokta, boru hammaddesinin galvaniz kaplamaya uygun olup olmadığıdır. Çeliklerin galvaniz kaplama alma yeteneği, içerdikleri P (Fosfor) ve özellikle Si (Silis) değerlerine bakarak anlaşılır.

Galvaniz Üretim Ebat Aralığı : 1/2”-6” arası ebatlara uygulanabilmektedir. Kullanılan hammadde %99,99 saflıkta çinko içermektedir
