products include longitudinally high frequency welded square, rectangular,
circular hollow sections and u,c,v or specially shaped open profiles. The
profile and pipes are manufactured in their Düzce Plant in Türkiye.
Products
are used in the projects of steel construction (building, stadiums, bridges,
etc.), manufacturing of agricultural machinery and equipments, automative
sector, production of machinery, manufacturing of heavy construction vehicle,
infrastructure, piling projects, etc.
The
main raw material for production is hot rolled flat steel. The flat steel,
which first comes to the uncoiler unit after the uncoiling, slitting, and
recoiling units, comes to the forming mill after the shearend welding unit.
Then, welding is done using the electric resistance welding method. After the
cooling device, the products entering the sizer and turkshead unit are cut into
appropriate sizes to obtain pipe or profile products.
