The production process begins with the extraction of
high-quality clay from Bartın Province, Türkiye, followed by crushing,
grinding, and moistening to prepare the material. After resting in silos for
uniform quality, the clay is pressed into bricks, dried in tunnel dryers, and
fired at high temperatures in a tunnel kiln using natural gas. This process
ensures the bricks’ superior durability, high strength, and low water
absorption, with all products meeting international standards like TS EN
771-1+A1. Rigorous quality control measures are applied throughout to ensure
consistency and reliability.
