Elastomeric rubber foam insulation products are designed to provide effective thermal insulation and condensation control in building services and HVAC applications. Owing to their closed cell structure and elastic properties, the products limit heat transfer and water vapour diffusion, supporting energy efficiency and moisture control in technical installations. Elastomeric rubber foam insulation products are manufactured in accordance with EN 14304, which specifies requirements related to thermal insulation performance, reaction to fire, dimensional stability, water vapour diffusion resistance, and suitability for heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration applications. During production, raw materials are first processed through controlled mixing operations to produce intermediate compounds, followed by final compounding, extrusion, and curing stages. The extrusion and vulcanization processes ensure uniform material properties, controlled cell structure, and consistent product performance. After curing, the products are cut to required dimensions and prepared for packaging and distribution. The products are supplied in different forms and dimensions to meet varying application needs and maintain stable performance under normal operating and service conditions.
