Product Information
HATKO ARTIFICIAL TURF systems are synthetic turf surfaces for football, hockey, rugby, tennis, and multi-sports. Artificial turf is highly durable and used for sports surfaces in order to increase the frequency of use and allowing these sports to be played in all seasons. HATKO ARTIFICIAL TURF systems require minimal maintenance, while adhering to FIFA’s strict performance criteria such as wear simulation (LISPORT method), climatic ageing (UV) and residual deformation.
Production
The HATKO ARTIFICIAL TURF consists of low density polyethylene yarn which is tufted onto a primary backing. The tufted carpet is then coated to ensure maximum tuft lock and carpet stability which is crucial for easy installation. On the coating line, the carpet is punctured with holes to allow drainage.
Intended Use of Product
HATKO ARTIFICIAL TURF systems are produced as high performance surfaces for sports areas – synthetic turf and needlepunched surfaces primarily designed for outdoor use.
